We are able to deliver goods to any UK mainland address, Northern
Ireland and Scottish Highlands. However additional Carriage charges will
apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Goods ordered for
delivery in these areas will incur an additional minimum charge of £40.
Due to the remote location of certain places, we are unable to give
definitive delivery times. In these cases we will arrange for Local
couriers to arrange actual delivery dates with you.
We are unable to deliver to Isle-of-Man, Isle-of-Wight, and Channel
Islands. Delivery times will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. We
will endeavour to deliver your items within the times shown on the
website. Within 48 Hours you should receive an email confirming your
order. Once we have an approximate delivery date a team member will
contact you directly to arrange delivery with you. On the rare occasion
that there is a delay with your item or items, we will let u know as
soon as we know. We have put down realistic delivery times of all items
on our website and want our customers to be 100% confident that once we
give a delivery date we will give 110% to ensure your item or items
arrive. All our delivery times are in most cases quicker than you would
get from a high street store and are based on manufacturing production
times.
If the delivery date we offer you isn’t suitable just speak to our sales
team we will do our utmost to arrange an alternative mutually suitable
day. In the event that the only day suitable for delivery is a weekend,
we are able to deliver on a Saturday. There will however be a minimum
charge of £55 applicable, depending on the item and location. We are
unable to offer Saturday deliveries to any of the following areas:
Wales, Northern Ireland, & Scottish Islands.

When we deliver your order its very important that you check the goods
prior to accepting delivery.
By signing for the goods you are confirming that all the items have been
delivered undamaged.
No claims for damaged goods will be accepted once you have signed for
your order.
If you sign for the goods & write unchecked. You are actually saying you
are happy to accept the goods without checking them. Therefore no claims
for damages can be made in these circumstances.
The delivery charge we make is a subsidised charge and does
not reflect the true cost of delivering the items we sell. Should you wish to
return an item please be aware that should you choose to use our carriers the
charge will be a minimum admin and collection charge of £55.
